The concept serves as a starting point for further discussionss and adjustments.

Consultation and Proposal: First, I will schedule an initial consultation to understand your vision, preferences, and goals. This meeting is crucial as it allows me to establish a personal connection and gain a deeper understanding of your landscape design needs. I will then write a proposal that outlines the project scope, fees and timeline.
Design Plan: Once the concept is approved by you, I would proceed with creating a detailed design plan. This plan includes scaled drawings, plant selection, materials, and a comprehensive layout of the proposed landscape design. It acts as a roadmap for the implementation phase.
Measurements and Site Analysis: Next, I would conduct a comprehensive site analysis to evaluate the existing conditions of the property. This includes assessing the soil quality, topography, drainage patterns, existing vegetation, and any architectural features or constraints that might influence the design.
Installation and Construction: With the design plan finalized, I would work closely with trusted contractors and oversee the installation and construction process. This ensures that the design is implemented accurately, and any challenges or modifications are addressed promptly. Regular site visits would be conducted to ensure quailiy and adherence to the design.
Final Presentation: Finally, I would present the completed design to you. During the walkthrough, I would explain the design elements, plant choices, and maintenance requirements. This allows the you to fully appreciate and understand your new outdoor space while providing knowledge to care for it properly.
